Planning – R & D

By the creation of the production strategy, the first stage of production begins in line with the needs determined. The product to be used and all its parameters are revealed with research and development. All scientific data obtained during the research and development process form the main lines of production and the design process is started.

Design and Production

Especially, the nature is taken as the basis for the design process, which starts in the light of scientific data. While designing the camouflage pattern, it is based on the images obtained by satellite. With the Color Mapping Program, designs are made that are compatible with the flora and provide concealment in the field. The patterning process of the models are done whose design is completed. Then, the selected fabrics are sent to the cutting workshop with the patterns and the sewing process of the cutted fabrics begins.

MS-Barer Textile LLC., without sacrificing quality throughout the production process, performs production at maximum quality and speed in its fully equipped facilities with high technology machinery. All finished products first go through quality control. After this process is completed, product samples are presented to the customer. After sample approval is received, by the order the mass production process begins.
